The issue was that when W10 went on vacation the TASKBAR icons would not all appear on the TASKBAR. It required a scroll to another "page" to see some. Also, the hidden icons in the SYSTEM TRAY would not appear at all when the arrow was clicked. It was not due to something I changed, as it reset itself upon a reboot.
